Creamy Crock Pot Spaghetti

Who doesn't love Spaghetti? And it's even better if it's a quick and easy recipe - and that's exactly what this is. Put your ingredients (including our delicious 100% Grass Fed and Finished ground beef) all in your Crock Pot (you don't even have to cook the noodles ahead of time), let it cook away for a few hours, and come home to a delicious supper that's sure to please adults and kids alike!!!
Creamy Crock Pot Spaghetti
  • 1lb WR Ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic (or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic)
  • 2-3 jars pasta sauce (16 oz each)
  • 1lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth (or water)
Start with browning your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until crumbled and browned nicely.

Then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Or in my case, I used fresh garlic, which I minced on top of the ground beef while browning.

Pour one jar of your pasta sauce into the bottom of your crock pot. I used my own homemade pasta sauce, but bought would work just fine too!

Break your spaghetti noodles in half and place noodles over sauce. I like to then mix up the sauce and noodles a bit so the noodles don't stick together while cooking.

Next, pour your cooked ground beef over the noodles,
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with cubes of cream cheese.

Pour another jar of pasta sauce over the cream cheese.....
....then put your crock put lid on, turn on high, and let it cook away in there for 3 hours.
Now this is the fun part - after 3 hours, lift the lid and give all that goodness inside a good stir -  the mixture will be quit thick at this point. (This is what it should look like after 3 hours and before stirring):
Now add in 1-2 cups chicken broth (or water if you don't have broth), and more pasta sauce if desired, and give it another good stir.
*I used my own homemade chicken broth from our very own Pasture-Raised chickens - making it extra delicious!!!!

Close the lid again and let it cook way for another hour, or until ready to serve.
Serve it up with your favorite vegetables or salad, and you have a delicious meal that is sure to please just about anyone. It's always a hit at our house whenever it gets made!!!!
Quick and easy , right? Try it out for yourself sometime and let us know how you enjoyed it!
