Shipping policy

THANK YOU FOR VISITING AND SHOPPING AT WILDERNESS RANCH

FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT CONSTITUTE OUR SHIPPING POLICY.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CALCULATED AND DISPLAYED AT CHECK OUT

SECTION 1 - GTA SHIPMENTS WITH WILDERNESS RANCH'S REFRIGERATED DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders are shipped on our specified delivery days. (Subject to change without notice) Please refer to our "Local Delivery Map" page. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered daily. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will ship more frequently. We will email and/or text (depending on your contact settings in your account) you a time window of delivery the day before shipping your order. 

We require someone to be there to receive the order, or please leave instructions on the order notes, where we can leave it. If you leave either verbal instructions or written instructions, where to leave it, we are no longer responsible for the order once it is delivered. In the event you fail to retrieve the order in a timely manner we are not responsible for the condition of the product.  

If for some reason you can't receive your order on our next specified date, please let us know! In the event that we are already en-route with your order and you can't receive it. There will be an additional $50 shipping fee to attempt delivery on our next run. If you decide to cancel the order instead there is a 15% restocking fee to cancel your order. Please do your due diligence to receive your order as it is perishable! 

If you decide to store your order in our freezer due to lack of room in your freezer. Storage charges are $5 per day for storage per order. Charges are calculated from date of order to day before delivery. 

 No returns. We cannot accept returns of any products delivered to you, and accordingly, it is not Wilderness Ranch’s policy to provide refunds if you are dissatisfied with the products you receive.

SECTION 2 - COURIER SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Courier Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Cutoff for orders requiring this shipping shipping service is Tuesday 12 PM. 

Orders that are shipped with Courier are picked up every Wednesday. You will receive an email notification, including a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. Delivery can be expected on Thursday or Friday.

COURIER DAMAGES 

Wilderness Ranch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Canadian and International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Ontario.
