Grass Fed Beef T-Bone Steak

Size

T-Bone Steak: A combination of tender filet and hearty New York Strip from the top loin that make for a full-flavored prime cut. This well-marbled cut consists of two lean, tender steaks - the strip and tenderloin - connected by a telltale T-shaped bone. In a T-Bone, the tenderloin is between 1/2 and 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Preferred thickness for T-Bone tends to be in the 1-inch to 2-inch range, our 100% Grass Fed T-Bone Steaks are cut at 1.25" thickness. Thicker steaks don't run the risk of drying out as easily when cooked.

Sit down with your family and enjoy steak like your grandparents would have enjoyed. BUT less tender cuts often have more flavor!
