The Rib Steak is the ultimate steak-lover's steak. It's the most flavorful cut of the animal, and comes with very rich marbling, which provides superior taste when cooked. The cut itself comes from the rib section, where it gets its name. The bone from the rib is typically removed before sale, although we do also offer "Prime Rib" and "Tomahawk" preparations of the cut. Its abundance of marbling makes it a great cut for grilling and slow roasting.

Tenderness Rule Of Thumb: The farther a cut is from hoof, horn and hip the more tender the meat. BUT less tender cuts often have more flavor!
Note: Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished so do take extra precautions not to over cook your steaks! Our steaks are all cut at 1 inch thick except tenderloin steaks are cut at 1.5" thick.
