Grass Fed Beef Rib Steak

Style
The Rib Steak is the ultimate steak-lover's steak. It's the most flavorful cut of the animal, and comes with very rich marbling, which provides superior taste when cooked. The cut itself comes from the rib section, where it gets its name. The bone from the rib is typically removed before sale, although we do also offer "Prime Rib" and "Tomahawk" preparations of the cut. Its abundance of marbling makes it a great cut for grilling and slow roasting. 
Our 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished Beef steaks are tender, juicy and overflowing with flavor! Be prepared to enjoy the best steak you have ever had! We typically have a beautiful selection of Tenderloin, Striploin, T-Bone, Tomahawk, Prime Rib, Sirloin and Sirloin Tip Steaks. 
Tenderness Rule Of  Thumb: The farther a cut is from hoof, horn and hip the more tender the meat. BUT less tender cuts often have more flavor!
Note: Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished so do take extra precautions not to over cook your steaks! Our steaks are all cut at 1 inch thick except tenderloin steaks are cut at 1.5" thick.

So delicious!

We just grilled the rib eye steaks and they were so tender and the taste was phenomenal. When I saw the steaks in its frozen form and I didn’t see visible fat through it I was wondering if it would be tender. Well I didn’t need to be concerned because it WAS incredibly tender. Looking forward to trying the other cuts we bought.
