Good quality although cut was too large
Would love to order more but would be very appreciated if the cut was smaller. We use the bones for broth and all consuming the trimmings in our stews but the cuts were way too large. If it was cut to the size of how it’s sold in supermarkets would be much better.
Thanks for you review and your recommendations Melly. For smaller cut bones checkout our beef marrow bones, knuckle bones and neck bones. They are the coveted bones for broth making however these work great as well.
