BBQ Season Is Here......Marinade Recipe

by Mark Erb April 28, 2015

Ahhhh......my favorite time of year - springtime. Not only is everything outside waking up from a long winter's sleep, but BBQ season has returned! There are so many options available when it comes time to throw something on the BBQ for supper - a succulent steak, delicious pork chop, juicy burger, or any assortment of fresh veggies straight from the garden. I want to share our favorite marinade recipe with you that we use all summer long to make our great WR steaks and chops taste even better.

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • .1/2 - 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Bring ingredients to a boil and pour over meat. Marinate for up to 24 hours.

So easy and so delish. I use this recipe for all of our steaks and chops that we BBQ - they taste so yummy coming off the grill. Hope you enjoy it. Happy grilling!!!
