We usually make strew, curry or soup with this, and it’s so easy to cook with a pressure cooker. Good flavor, less fat, and good size as well!

Best stewing beef ever

The meat is beautiful, there is no waste like fat or gristle. I make Hungarian Goulash, and the meat is very tender and flavorful.
