This box is a beautiful assortment of our 100% grass fed and grass finished Black Angus beef. With this box you will have all the essentials on hand, at your fingertips. Entertain your guests with succulent steak or simply enjoy a meal of delicious meat loaf on a cold winter afternoon with the family!

What's in the Box:

4-6 succulent steaks (a combination of Prime Rib, T-Bone, Sirloin and Sirloin Tip.)
2-3 premium roasts (a combination of Cross Rib, Blade, Round or Rump)
12-15 lbs ground beef in 1 lb pkgs
1-3 lbs stewing beef in 1 lb pkgs
1-2 pkgs Brazing Ribs
Counts and Cuts will vary from box to box since it is about 1/10th of an animal
Boxes may vary in weight +/- 1 lb.

Grass fed and grass-,fed finished beef are Fresh and delicious.

Excellent quality and flavour

We have only tried a few items so far, but wow, the flavour and quality is outstanding! The packaging and was excellent, everything came well packaged and frozen, and delivery was great. Absolutely no complaints.

30lb beef package

This was our first order with wilderness ranch. I have to say we have a family or 5. All the beef tasted amazing. It looked good . We are looking into trying some chicken and pork orders at some point. So far I highly recommend the beef.
